Yesterday's workout was incredible:
Lunge flexor stretch, active.
Foam Roll:
- calves, ITB's, adductors, pyriformis
TRX:
- Plank (and bring knees to chest), side plank
- Lunge with one foot in and hands out front
- Y, T, and I shapes with the arms: lean back, squat down and glide up bringing body to form that shape.
- Presses: leg back w/ glut tight, knee up/toe up.
- Single leg squat facing TRX with straight leg out to side and knee over heel
- Hamstrings

TRX is a little steep for some webbing and a couple of handles. I'll try to make my own at some point.
